Disable user account control

I am using beta of Vista and come to a rather annoying problem. I am using an admin user and have disabled the UAC feature. However, whenever I am doing some "high-risks" tasks such as changing the netork security settings or file permission, I am always promted the UAC dialogue. Is that a bug or there are some other settings that I need to invoke in order to really turn off the feature?

I should create a Standard account. Read this for UAC improvements in Vista RC1: http://blogs.msdn.com/uac/

Hope this helps: http://www.vistabase.co.uk/welcome.php?subcats/security/whatisuac
